I have always been attracted to naturopathy, osteopathy and a holistic approach to health in general.
As a child, my grandmother taught me how to use herbs and instilled a love of natural healing sources.
I believe that working with the body's own natural healing process can improve and eliminate many skin conditions.
I struggled with problematic skin conditions of my own, and later added my daughter's atopic dermatitis. Disillusioned with the approaches of classical medicine, which "treats" symptoms rather than causes, I looked into my skin problems on my own, coming to the conclusion that nothing works except a holistic approach.
I have studied aromatherapy, psychology and three years ago I took a course in handmade cosmetics making and it has completely taken me over. I love formulating and making personalised cosmetics.
Realising that cosmetics alone are not enough to maintain natural beauty, I started doing posture and facial exercises.
At the beginning of 2024 I learnt the profession of a cosmetologist aesthete, having taken an author's course of facial massage with Anastasia Talan.
I specialise in holistic cosmetology, which is based on an integrated approach to the person, to service, to ethics. It is based on taking care of the client's mental and physical state.
The main emphasis in my procedures I make on an individual approach to the client.
Depending on the client's request, problem and type of facial ageing, I select massage practices and use handmade cosmetics that solve the client's problem as effectively as possible.
